Where are you based?

Only For Exhibtion is based in Stockholm, Sweden.

Are you affiliated with Rolex or any other brands?

Only For Exhibtion is an independent company and is not authorized, endorsed, sponsored by, associated with and/or affiliated with Omega SA, Rolex SA, Breitling SA, IWC International Watch Co, Tudor watch SA, Seiko Watch Corporation, TAG Heuer Brand of LVMH Swiss Manufactures SA or Citizen Watch Co. The brands whose items we sell are not associated with Only For Exhibition, and the brand names are the trademarks of their respective owners.

What are my payment options?

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Klarna, Google Pay, Bancontact, iDEAL and Shop Pay.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

How much does shipping cost?

Free standard worldwide shipping on all orders over €60, for orders under this amount the shipping costs are:

  • SWEDEN: €4
  • EUROPE: €6
  • INTERNATIONAL: €10
How long is the delivery time?
  • SWEDEN: 2-3 days*
  • EUROPE: 2-3 days*
  • NORTH AMERICA: 3-5 days*
  • ASIA: 3-6 days*
  • MIDDLE EAST: 3-6 days*
  • REST OF WORLD: 3-6 days*

* = BUSINESS DAYS

Do I have to pay import duties?

Only For Exhibition is based in Sweden. This means that If you are a European customer you will pay your local VAT on your order. This is already included in the price visible on the webpage.

If you are based outside of Europe, it might appear import duties, depending on the rules and laws in your country. If you are unaware of this, check with your local authorities.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

What is your return and cancellation policy?

All items in original, unworn condition may be returned for a full refund to be issued back to the original payment method. Returns must be initiated within the 14 days return period. If you would like to make a return, please contact us at info@onlyforexhibition.com and we will help you. When processing a return, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund price.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not been shipped, we will issue you a full refund including the shipping costs. If your order has shipped, we cannot redirect the package back to us. Please contact us at info@onlyforexhibition.com for a return.

All refunds are issued back to the original form of payment.

When will I receive my refund?

We will refund your payment as soon as we have received and inspected your returned items. This process typically takes 3-5 business days to complete, and the refund will be credited to the original form of payment.
