For many collectors the holy grail of steel watches from one of the most prestigious watch brands there is. Created by the legendary watch designer Gerald Genta in 1974, the Nautilus was one of the first steel sport watches with integrated bracelet. This move by Patek Philippe was unexpected since the focus of the Swiss watchmaker have been understated and complicated watches. Patek Philippe has since then released many versions in different materials. The classic Nautilus is the blue dialed version on a steel bracelet which is one of the most sought-after watches in the world. The Nautilus is a highly wearable everyday watch with a slim case that goes well in any situation featuring time and a date complication. As you can hear by the name, Nautilus is inspired by the sea, and is waterproof down to 120m below surface making it a durable luxury watch.
